Honest answer from our fitment rows: the Enduristan Blizzard listings for the Pan America both flag heat_shield as required separately, and the vendors ship no Pan America specific shield. No Pan America specific melt reports found in the sources we track. The rule: with a throw-over, the right bag needs a shield or a firm standoff off the low right muffler; the left bag is unaffected.
